The United States of America is not a democracy.  The form of government of this country is, in point of fact, oligarchy--the rule of the few.  Oligarchy is inherent in the "representative" political system, the type adopted and embodied in the Constitution by the Founders at the nation's beginning.  In other words, the American people live under a tyranny, and have been doing so since 1787.  It need hardly be added that tyrannies must always be overthrown--this one no less than any other.

The oppression of the American population (particular sectors as well as the whole of it) by its rulers has manifested through the centuries in various ways too obvious to require listing.  The current era, however, from the early 1960s to the present, has seen the rise of a new, truly diabolical type of despotism and method of control, perhaps best termed false-flag state terrorism.  From the assassination of John F. Kennedy and the subsequent killing of scores of witnesses to that event, to the mass murders of the Oklahoma City bombing and 9/11, to the more recent spate of high-profile "mass shootings," the leaders/controllers of the U.S. government, through its security agencies, have engaged in a program of massive, criminal, deceptive violence against the American people--for their own nefarious purposes.  And the tyranny is rapidly intensifying on many fronts.

RAFTD is an organization dedicated to the urgent, absolutely vital--indeed, existential--task of winning true democracy for this country.  We have formulated a concrete plan for a modern democracy consisting of sovereign LEGISLATIVE COMMUNITY ASSEMBLIES and RANDOM-SAMPLE EXECUTIVE COUNCILS.  Click on the link below (under "A MODERN DEMOCRACY") for a further elaboration of this system.  On the "Works" page of this website is a book (The Racket and the Answer) as well as numerous explanatory essays and videos.  Thank you for your interest, and let us know if you would like to join (email taranda1@protonmail.com)!

RAFTD principles

A.  We are for the elimination of the representative political system. We are for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution, which embodies the representative system in the United States.

B.  We are for the establishment of (direct) democracy in the United States. A democracy consists of legislative community assemblies of all the people and executive random-sample councils (filled by lot).

C.  Our program is revolutionary (the replacement of the entire current system with a completely different one), not reformist (amelioration of the worst features of the system).

D.  Recognizing that the current Rulers effect their rule in large part through the constant use of lies and deception on a monumental scale, we will make it our business to propagate the truth about what's really going on in the world, and we will join in the various efforts of the Truth Movement.
